Avishek has been a prominent name in the Indian media conglomerate having varied experience at Viacom18 Motion Pictures, Balaji Telefilms Limited, Star TV, and Reliance Big Broadcasting. He established himself as a credible and widely respected professional with holistic 360-degree experience in the legal & commercial aspects of film production, syndication, and distribution. He has worked on over 40 Hindi films till date, some of which include Buddah Hoga Tera Baap, Speedy Singhs, Players, Kahaani, Blood Money, Bittoo Boss, Department, Gangs of Wasseypur – Part 1 & 2, OMG-Oh My God, Aiyya, Son of Sardaar, Inkaar, Special 26, Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns, Chashme Buddoor, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, Madras Cafe, Boss & Queen amidst many others.
After starting AVMA MEDIA, he has produced the Hindi feature films Suryast, Ahuti, Ishq-e-Nadaan, Blind, Uma and Bengali feature films namely Ahare Mon , Durga Sohay , Kuheli , Bharaate and a short film Protidaan-hin.
He has been an Associate Producer on the Hindi TV Films for STAR PLUS namely Mirchi Malini, Copy and Good Luck and a Supervising Producer for the Netflix Original Series Typewriter.
His directorial debut Ishq-e-Nadaan which released in 2023 has been a success with glowing reviews & critical acclaim.
With over 24 years of active experience in the film distribution, production and marketinglandscape, Raj has worked for leading Hollywood Studios like Columbia TriStar (SonyPictures), Warner Bros. Pictures and The Walt Disney Company. He also worked for IndianContent Studios like Eros International and Cinestaan Film Company (Mahindra Group).During the course of his career span, Raj has represented successful franchchise films like“The Matrix trilogy”, “The Lord of the Rings trilogy” and the “Harry Potter series”. Also,some other popular Hollywood franchise titles like “Batman Begins”, “Superman Returns”,“300”, “The Pirates of the Caribbean-On Stranger Tides”, “Ice Age 2”, “Toy Story 2” and “GIJoe: Retaliation”.
Among local Bollywood Films, Raj managed Blockbuster film titles like “OmShanti Om”, “Partner”, “Cheeni Kum”, “Heyy Babyy”, “Do Dooni Chaar”, “Son of Sardaar”and many others which set some industry benchmarks in-terms of scale of release, and Box-Office yields. He also released films like “Bahubali-The Conclusion”, “Sachin-A Billion DollarDreams” and “Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety” in overseas markets. Subsequently, Raj produced films like “Laal Rang”, “Mirzya” and “Kaalakaandi”.
With a strong background of production Niharrika has been the one point of contact for handling physical production of films she has worked on. From conceptualizing to implementation her skill sets cater to the successful execution of the project.

With a decade of experience, Santosh expertly manages film shoot locations, ensuring smooth admin and operations. He's the backbone of film crews' comfort and efficiency. Santosh's journey started with AVMA's inception, and he continues to drive its success through his unwavering dedication to excellence in media production administration.
With 14 plus years of shaping media finance at Dharma Productions, AIB, and Saregama, Vikas brings astute expertise to AVMA Media. As Head of Accounts, he orchestrates film audit precision, cost mastery, and flawless reporting.
